I called Sony, and told them I cannot even use window live and im. They said they will check it next week, that perhaps the person that installed it used the 32 instead of the 64 something, that makes it not compatable. So, I shall see. It's a few months old, Sony, laptop, home priemium vista. I heard if you download to xl, it slows down the puter.
